The boat has a mooring in London at St Katharine’s Docks. It is currently moored in Devon, but will be moved to London shortly where it can be viewed at South Dock Marina.

The boat has been significantly upgraded internally and externally, but has retained the charm and profile of the original details & features.
    •    A new steel forward cabin to create a proper cabin with new kingsize Emma Mattress. 
    •    A new large shower with a new domestic sized, toilet (and large holding tank). The interior was fully repainted, the L-shaped built-in couch was newly upholstered and a new boiler was fitted.
    •    3 x new canvas outdoor cushions for cockpit and 2 bespoke canvas covers were made to provide additional protection.  
    •    New anodes were installed to a hull that was treated by sanding back the bottom and applying 2 x coats primer, followed by 3 x coats anti-fouling paint + 1 x coat blacking (strip down the middle bottom) with 2 x coat anti-fouling paint on top.
    •    The exterior was completely re-painted (and any rust was sanded back, applied red-oxide before 2 x coats final coat.
    •    New Grey Perma teek decking was fitted after sanding down the steel. Leeboards and the rudder were sanded back and re-oiled.

HULL: Built by colecraft in 1993 this is a very nice good sized boat. She has a bare metal strip and repaint to her dark green and cream livery, she has large windows at the front and brass portholes to the rear, she has cream coach lines with cream and green sign writing. Her bow contains the gas lockers and extra storage lockers, all covered with a cratch with black cover.

She has a steel water tank which houses a plastic bladder tank.

FIT OUT : Insulated with polestyrene and lined with oak and ash ply with mahogany trim, the floor is laid throughout to mahogany parquet tiling.
SALOON (15.4ft/4.7m): She has double part glazed stable doors leading in to the large open salon has storage cupboards either side of the entrance step the saloon has free standing furniture with a large sofa bed and a free standing chair as well as a folding table. The end of the saloon hosts the Morso swift stove replaced in 2019 set on a tiled hearth. There is a cello 12 v wall mounted tv with DVD player.
GALLEY (7.1ft/2.18m): The galley has a Zanussi 12v fridge with an eye level vanette gas oven and separate 4 burner hob set on a tiled work top with a stainless steel sink and drainer. In the corner is an alde gas boiler which is connected to the fin rad housed on the corridor side of the boat.
BEDROOM 1 (8ft/2.44m): Contains two single bunks with a full height wardrobe and cupboard, this makes an ideal childs bedroom or could be converted to a utility room or an office space for those who wish to work afloat.
BATHROOM (3.6ft/1.12m, excluding shower): The compact bathroom has a hip bath with shower over and curtain across, there is a vacuflush toilet which goes to a holding tank which I am informed takes two people 3 weeks to fill ! The is a hand basin set in to a vanity unit, with storage below. The gas hot water boiler is positioned above and behind the toilet.
BEDROOM (9.8ft/3m): The master bedroom has a fixed double bed with some storage under, along with the toilet tank. Over the bead are two small lockers and reading lights. The foot of the bed has a full height hanging cupboard and beside is a set of drawers with a mirror over. There is a door to the engine room.
ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS (3.9ft/1.2m): Set in a traditional stern is the engine there is a mermaid XLD attached to PRM gearbox with a standard grease lubricated stern gland. She has a landline connection with a galvanic isolator fitted, which is connected to the 240V sockets in the boat, there is an adverc battery management system, with 1 starter battery and 2 domestic batteries. Which can be charged with the Victron battery charger.
