I am looking for a property with land up to 5 acres to rebuild/renovate or demolish and rebuild or just new build and make ecologically sound. I am looking in particular just east of Ashford, Kent but will also consider anywhere in Kent or East Sussex. I will consider smaller parcels of land and indeed bigger ones if the area and the price is right. I am happy to consider something quirky, a bit odd perhaps, that others might not traditionally want. This is a long term plan for living sustainably and it would be lovely if the property included a well or stream and woodland.
