I just wanted to say a big thank you to you for having such a brilliant website and also for putting my church at the top of your list; thank you.
The very day that you put it on, it was seen by the Scottish Sunday express, who phoned me up for an interview the very next day! As requested, I sent them my photographs and further information.  That Sunday, there was a half page editorial about converted churches in Scotland, there was a brilliant section on my church and the only three pictures they'd printed were of my church as well.  If that wasn't enough, BBC Birmingham phoned me up and are going to use my photos and info in a slot in one of their programmes in about three months, called 'To Buy or Not to Buy'! Thanks again John.
Wendy.

Today a French TV company was filming us for a programme on unusual houses in the UK... they were telling us about other converted churches they found on your site.

We have our property for sale on your website. Channel 4 have seen it there and have come to visit us. They will film our house next week for the programme: A Place by the sea.
Wow that was unexpected! Would it be worthwhile to mention this on the website somewhere?
Monica

I've been a member of your site for a good few years now, its one of a kind and well put together. In part it was responsible for my setting up my own property companies seven years ago from which I haven't looked back.
Tim

Price:
£135,000 + £13,500 mooring transfer fee

Narnia is a high spec 57 ft x 10 ft wide beam canal boat which comes with the rare option of a RESIDENTIAL MOORING in a prime location of Surbiton, Surrey. Surbiton train station is a 10 min walk away with fast, regular services to Waterloo. The fast train takes 15 mins to get into the city.

The moorings are located next to a fine dining pub/restaurant and the moorings come complete with a car parking space.

Kingston town centre is a 20 minute walk along the river and the surrounding areas combine a selection of amenities including gyms, sailing/rowing and sports clubs. Alternatively it is a 20 minute boat trip in this capable cruiser. There are free moorings outside John Lewis or the other side of Kingston Bridge. Compare this to the traffic and 60p per half hour parking charges the choice is simple!

This makes the location a joy to chill out in and take in the views of the local wildlife, for the enthusiasts, and watch the other river users drift on by as you sit outside with an early morning coffee.

The boat was made and part fitted by Liverpool boats. The fit out was completed to a high standard by Stewart Marine at Harts Boatyard where Narnia currently lies.

All home comforts are available - electricity, hot water, central heating, additionally a multi fuel stove for when it gets really cold, phone and broadband connections and a digital TV signal.

As this is on a RESIDENTIAL MOORING there is a 10% transfer fee for the mooring rights which are to be discussed and agreed with the mooring owner.  E.g. Cost of boat £135,000 = £13,500 mooring transfer fee
